The Hare Business Club has been a long time in the making. We've now got the techy bit sorted (we think you will be impressed) and we are ready to share how it will work and get you signed up to the new Business Club.
We know times are challenging, and running a business can feel tougher than ever. It’s about having somewhere easy to meet for a business lunch or a coffee, a break from the home office to grab a bite to eat, to host a meeting in our Private Dining Room with lunch taken care of by us, or to meet colleagues for after-work drinks.
Did you know we have a cottage to rent?
We’ve geared the Cottage towards people who need to be in the area for a few days or a few weeks and are looking for somewhere more homely than a local hotel. It’s ideal for those working nearby. The Cottage is also well set up for working from home, with generous kitchen table, reliable WIFI, and proper warmth — everything you need to work comfortably and live well while you’re here. How Does It Work?
Upon clicking the link below, please provide your name and business email address. You will then receive an email containing your Business Club Wallet Pass, which can be added directly to your digital wallet on your phone.
To redeem your reward, simply present the QR code on your wallet pass to a team member when you pay your bill. We will scan it and your discount will be added to the bill, simple as that!

Terms and conditions:
Eligibility: Benefits are exclusive to registered Hare Business Club members and require the presentation of a valid digital wallet pass at the time of purchase. To register to be part of the Business Club you must sign up with a business email address. These will be monitored frequently.
The First Drink: Offer covers one house wine, a pint of selected beer, cider, any hot or soft drink,(Valid 1 month from sign up date).
Exclusions: Member discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Only 1 discount card can be used per transaction.
Availability: Lunch 10% discount is valid Monday–Friday, 12pm–6pm only, (Valid from 09/02/2026 to 09/08/2026). You must purchase food and drink to redeem this offer. Cottage discount is subject to midweek availability and must be booked directly through our website, (Valid from 08/02/2026 to 20/12/2026).
